Some of the log locations have changed GA and needs to be checked.

There are some logs under:

/var/log/foreman-installer

Here is the list I see on my box:

capsule.log  
foreman-installer.log  
katello.log  
satellite.log

The mongo log is sometimes useful:

/var/log/mongodb/mongodb.log
