Description of problem:

For https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/10667 I had to disable one of the unilding UDP tests. We should work out why it does not work under AWS and reenable it.

1. Run the tests with the idling filter


Actual results:

See one is disabled.


Expected results:

See them all run.
