Description of problem:
When there a lot of pakages published under a single repo, details can not be displayed reliably using the Copr API.


How reproducible: easy


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open https://copr.fedoraproject.org/api/coprs/user501254/Paper/monitor/

Actual results: Error 500


Expected results: JSON file with package details.

New COPR version has been deployed (not yet released).
