Description of problem: 

Fedora MATE clock stopped showing weather

latest and earlier

How reproducible:

look at weather indicator near clock

Actual results:

blank space where weather used to be

Expected results:

weather icon and temperature

Additional info:

My 2 PCs with latest F24 stopped showing weather in mate-panel. Now I also see this at an older install of F20. Google search shows people experience the same in Manjaro Linux https://forum.manjaro.org/t/mate-weather-applet-stopped-working/7969 and Arch Linux https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=216329 And I also saw a flaw in Cinnamon weather panel.

So sad it can't be easily fixed and we have to wait for so long.
