Description of problem:
Should remove receive_rate_percent and and transmit_rate_percent from dwh collection and database.
Should use received_total_byte and transmitted_total_byte instead.

Since data still exists in the engine db, will not remove this collection.
The receive_rate_percent and and transmit_rate_percent are now calculated on engine side and not collected from vdsm anymore.
