Description of problem: FlightGear now uses incorrect URLs for fetching METAR data, and does not follow the 302 redirect to the actual URL. This affects both the in-simulator realtime weather data fetching and the command line utility /usr/bin/metar. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): FlightGear-2016.1.2-1.fc24.x86_64 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: Run "metar KSFO" or "metar EDDF" or "metar EHAM" or similar. Actual results: metar download failed: http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observations/metar/stations/KSFO.TXT (404 Not Found) ERROR: metar download failed Expected results: printout of METAR data Additional info:
