Description of problem:
When you make an ET to  RHBz the target bug should get a back link to the bug that refers to it.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On bug "A" create an ET to Bug "B"


Actual results:
On bug "B" edit page there is not an indication bug "A" links to it.

Expected results:
On bug "B" edit page there is an indication bug "A" links to it.

Just create an ET on Bug B pointing to Bug A.

I cant see a strong justification for this, will reconsider if someone comes up with a compelling reason.
