Description of problem:
Package ntop fails to build from source in rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.1-7.fc24

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f26 ntop-5.0.1-7.fc24.src.rpm

Additional info:
checking for main in -lrrd_th... no
configure: error: Unable to find RRD at /usr/local: please use --with-rrd-home=DIR
