Description of problem:
Weather is no longer displayed by the clock applet.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.14.0-1.fc24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add clock applet to the panel and select 'show weather' and 'show temperature'
2. Add Location
3.

Actual results:
Temperature and weather is not displayed


Expected results:
Temperature and weather should have been displayed.


Additional info:
It looks like the hardcoded urls from the library are no longer valid.

With the patch above libmateweather is able to display weather and temperature
