Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pin a menu - for example automate
2. Logout
3. Log in

Actual results:
Cloud intel is always pinned after logging in.

Expected results:
Menu which I pinned or nothing pinned.

Verified in 5.7.0.3. Nothing is pinned after logout.
