Describe the issue: 

The "Installation Guide" document does not cover the specifics of installing JDV into a JBoss EAP environment running in Domain mode. In Domain mode, EAP has server groups which can be running on different hosts therefore the JDV installation must be executed on those hosts. There are possibly other differences between installation in Domain mode versus Standalone mode which should be specifically addressed to avoid customer confusion.

In addition, Section 1.3 of the document entitled "Variable Name: MODE" is confusing. It discusses mode as being either Domain or Standalone and infers the term MODE will be used throughout the document to distinguish the two but MODE is never again used and the topic of mode is never again addressed.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Include installation specifics for EAP Domain mode.
Remove Section 1.3 if MODE is not used.

The "MODE" topic is a legacy from when we were trying to have a standardised introduction section for every book in a given product's documentation suite.  That said, we have moved on from those days now, so I have removed it.  

I am investigating Domain mode now.

Thanks for the update David. Yeah, I kind of figured the MODE issue was due to something like that. Let me know how domain mode goes.

I see only only domain mode related information in section
8.2. Start JBoss EAP 6 as a Managed Domain
the section should mention Red Hat JBoss Data Virtualization instead.
But still I am missing the information about installing into domain. I'd expected it to be in section 7. Do I see an outdated version of the docs?

The chapter has been added, but I have several suggestion for improvement.

1.
Step 4. -the path is incorrect. Script is in folder "cli-scripts" not "scripts". I suggest to update path as follows:
--file=<JBOSS_HOME_DIR>/cli-scripts/teiid-domain-mode-install.cli

2.
Step 4. - the script installs JDV in both "ha" and "full-ha" profiles.

3. Step 2. and 3. - could we add a link to EAP documentation? There are few more steps user need to do in order to run slave node. Or better, link the chapter 7.2 of the same guide and link EAP documentation there (in chapter 7.2. Start JBoss EAP 6 as a Managed Domain)
