patch to ensure rteval exits with non-zero status on early exit from test loop none

Description Clark Williams 2016-08-30 17:49:50 UTC
Description of problem:

Currently rteval always exits with a zero (success) status. Change this so that when exiting early from the measurement loop, we exit with a non-zero status.

Comment 3 Clark Williams 2016-08-31 16:40:37 UTC
rteval-2.11-1.el7 contains the above patch

Comment 4 Clark Williams 2016-08-31 16:42:03 UTC
easiest reproducer is to run with --cyclictest-breaktrace and specify a very low threshold value:

$ sudo rteval --duration=10m --cyclictest-breaktrace=5
$ echo "exit value == $?"
