Description of problem:
When looking at the details of a service provision request in the Self-Service UI and there is a long Last Message (greater than two lines) the text overlaps with the Last Updated and Request Type fields which makes all three fields unreadable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cause the automation method to save a long message (or have a really long error message generated.
2. View the details of the request in the Self-Service UI
3.

Actual results:
Text from Last Message overlaps Last Updated and Request Type

Text from Last Message does not overlap
