With the upcoming release of RHEL 7.3, the RHEL Samba package will move to a higher version number than the one currently packaged in RHGS. To prevent package conflicts, we should preemptively update our packages to a version more advanced than the one RHEL will take.

This BZ is to bring the RHGS package of Samba for RHEL 6 up to date with the version for RHGS on RHEL 7.
