Hi Thom and Todd,
What about the ISO method? What architectures does it support? In the RHV Guide[1], we also call out the supported CPU models. Do we need something like that for QCI guide?

Julie

Per https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/server/rhel.html

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Supported Architectures

Intel & AMD x86/x86-64
AMD ARM-64
IBM POWER
IBM Z Systems & S/390*

AFAIK, QCI only supports Intel & AMD x86/x86-64

For the CPU models, I believe QCI does not add any additional restrictions and refers back to underlying products for additional information.

Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.

Hi Thom,
Sorry, I thought I updated the bug yesterday but..
So I checked with Todd, and I've added 'Only AMD64 and Intel 64 are supported.' to the limitations section (only x86_64 is supported).

Maybe for the 1.1 release, we can add in the supported architecture for the various products in the system requirements section but for now at least the limitation for QCI is called out.

Cheers,
Julie
