The boolean query buttons "And", "Or", "Add another boolean chart" take me to a
bug reporting window instead of modifying the existing bug with the "beta2"
version of Bugzilla.

Not sure I understand. If I go to the Advanced Query page and click on the Or or
And buttons, it adds the new boolean chart like expected. There is no Or or And
boolean buttons on a bug report page.

Can you elaborate on the steps you are taking when you see this error?
