q35 with vnc display error,but with qxl/spice is ok

1.create vm with vnc and q35 
2.start vm
3.

Actual results:
qemu-kvm: -device usb-tablet,id=input0: No 'usb-bus' bus found for device 'usb-tablet'.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Did the machine run with anything unusual?
