Turns out the old style docs are still being generated but don't have an entry point link or the new style applied.

$server/docs/en/html/api/Bugzilla.html

Might be worth changing how the docs are generated so they use the pod2rst.pl script and embed in to the new RST output.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh6)
Result: Pass
