to be backported to 7.2 z-stream (EUS).

Could you please reproduce this issue on fresh installed rhel-7.2 system and attach output of: 
# ausearch -m AVC,USER_AVC -ts recent

Hi Lukas,

Sorry is taking a bit of time to get the resources and everything ready for testing this scenario.

In the meanwhile I tested this also in 7.3 in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1333435 and seems to be an issue that could also happen on 7.2 if this helps

I'll update the need_info when I have the data for 7.2
