Description of problem:
PLUMgrid plugin changes are merged in tripleo community [1] but some how are not part of RH-OSP 8.0 release.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RH-OSP 8.0 Liberty

Expected results:
These changes should be part of RH-OSP 8.x releases.
