Description of problem:
python2-jmespath includes an executable called jp.py, but the one in that package points to the python3 interpreter, resulting in breakage if python3-jmespath is not also installed.  This was fixed in rawhide in python-jmespath-0.9.0-4.fc25.

1. dnf install python2-jmespath
2. dnf remove python3-jmespath
