You may want to try again with FC3 release candidate 2 and see if the
problem still exists:

Comment 2 Jeremy Katz 2004-10-27 15:56:31 UTC
This works here. Please verify the md5sums of the discs you downloaded.

Comment 3 Bernardino 2004-10-27 16:35:54 UTC
This is the script I used to download the images:
[blopez@eocmonitor fedora]$ cat my_fedora3_b3.sh
wget
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/2.92/i386
/iso/
FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc1.iso
wget
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/2.92/i386
/iso/
FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc2.iso
wget
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/2.92/i386
/iso/
FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc3.iso
wget
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/2.92/i386
/iso/
FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc4.iso
[blopez@eocmonitor fedora]$

And this is the results of the md5sum:

[blopez@prsvrlx7 linux]$ md5sum FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc1.iso
b95a6ebd20a109575c253cb494cb5c5a FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc1.iso
[blopez@prsvrlx7 linux]$ md5sum FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc2.iso
5bd94b0a093250f9cfebf4f614eb2cd0 FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc2.iso
[blopez@prsvrlx7 linux]$ md5sum FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc3.iso
47b73abe8b75354a0c5b7a443755f9b9 FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc3.iso
[blopez@prsvrlx7 linux]$ md5sum FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc4.iso
61602881e05859d816bb80208434f28d FC3-test3-i386-SRPMS-disc4.iso

Somehting is going on guys, double check the sources.... ;-)

Comment 4 drew.middlesworth 2004-10-27 17:24:37 UTC
Did anyone else notice that he downloaded the SRPMS isos instead of
the binary isos? Download the binary isos and things should be fine.

Comment 5 Jeremy Katz 2004-10-27 17:29:45 UTC
That's why -- you need to download the binary, not the SRPM CDs.
(Thanks drew :)
