Description of problem:
Obsoletes should generally obsolete packages by version number. fedmsg obsoletes fedmsg-tweet without listing a version number.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.

I reported this about a year ago. I no longer see fedmsg-tweet in the fedmsg spec file, so I think we can close this.
