Description of problem:
When middle display of 3 or 4 displays is turned off, it still holds place in extended desktop configuration.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have 3 monitors
2.in display settings, turn off the middle one

Actual results:
There will be gap between two outer screens. Mouse can travel there and also window can be placed there.

Expected results:
Screens should be placed next to each other without any gap.

Deciding how to lay out the desktop isn't driver-related, reassigning.

looks like cc-display-panel.c has a function realign_outputs_after_resolution_change that needs to get called when a display is marked inactive (and it maybe needs to be slightly modified, too).

Not reproducible in RHEL 7.6. After turning off the middle monitor via display settings it makes gap between side diplays, but user must drag one to another to apply changes.
