This should be fixed in python-tornado-4.4.1-1.fc26. I've got a build for f24 ready, and am working on f25 but tornado tests are problematic and have random failures. python-tornado-4.4.1-1.fc25 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 25. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-52f2c8c08e python-tornado-4.3-5.fc24 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 24. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-15ef726cad python-tornado-4.3-5.fc24 has been pushed to the Fedora 24 testing repository.
