 - I suggest you change the URL to: https://rubygems.org/gems/rspectacular

 - Group: is not used in Fedora. See: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Tags_and_Sections

 - Since the repo with the LICENSE doesn't exist anymore, I guess we can join the LICENSE directly as SOurce1.

 - I'm missing a dependency: DEBUG util.py:450:  No matching package to install: 'rubygem(fuubar)'

  Apparrently it's not packaged for Fedora yet, would you package it?
