Description of problem:
When moving next -> back -> next between dialog pages, "OK" button stopped to function, clicking on it does nothing. 
Observing inspect element -> console shows that uncaught exception occurred:

How reproducible:
100% using Chrome or Firefox browsers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open import dialog, enter provider details and click load button.
2. Select VM to import, click next, back and next.
3. Try to click OK button.

Actual results:
OK button is not functioning.

Expected results:
OK button should start the import process.
