Lightweight CA signing certificate is not revoked upon deletion.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. delete lightweight CA


Actual results:

The deleted CA's signing certificate has not been revoked

Expected results:

The deleted CA's signing certificate is revoked.
