Description of problem:
At several places in the UI, documentation button appear. Those buttons link to a book or a section in a book. These URL are not correct.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Infrastructure -> Compute Resources
2. Press Documentation
3. Observe what happens

Actual results:
Correct doc openend on correct section

Expected results:
The general doc page is shown
