Description Ervin 2016-09-06 08:01:14 UTC
Description of problem:
The default selection highlighting color in Fedora is blue. However when selecting text in chromium, the text selected becomes white and disappears.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
52

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select text with chromium

Actual results:
The selected text becomes white and disappears.

Expected results:
Chromium should follow the system's selection highlighting color and text should not disappear when selected.

Additional info:
It affects only chromium in Fedora, not other systems. There is an extension from where you can set highlighting colors which can be a workaround for when you select text from web pages, but it does not help when selecting text from the url bar and search box.

It is fixed now.
