Description of problem:

(Intel i350)(Redhat test suite rhcert version 2.8, release 20160819)   
  RHEL 7.2 GA             : Pass
  RHEL 7.3 beta           : Fail (Error: could not bounce interface enP2p1s0f0)

  RHEL 7.3 beta (ppc64le) : Fail (Error: could not bounce interface enP2p1s0f0)

This issue could be duplicated on both of RHEL 7.3 beta and RHEL 7.3 beta (ppc64le).

redhat-certification-5.8-20180219.el7 on RHEL 7.4 GA no this issue so please close this case.
