'Images' page does not show images stably

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to registry web console, create new project
2. Click nav "Images" --> "New image stream", input name "abc", choose "Sync all tags from remote image repository", in "Pull from" field input docker.io/starxia/hello-openshift, then click "Create"
3. Repeat step 2 again, but this time input name "def"
4. Check "Images" under the current project name
1> Refresh
2> Refresh again

Actual results:
4. The "Images" page does not always show out all tags in imagestreams "abc" and "def", see attachment

Expected results:
4. The "Images" page should always stably show out tags for imagestreams "abc" and "def"

I was able to reproduce this issue. It appears this is a bit of an edge case where the same remote image is imported twice. It occurs when the UI is displaying the imagestreams in the same view. If the image is in separate projects a user would see this behavior only when viewing "All Projects".

Tested on above new registry-console version, the bug is reproduced,  even when the imagestream is imported one time from remote to a project, there is no imagestream in other project, images don't show stably on images page when switch between projects.

When delete one image from imagestream, the rest images sometimes are not shown stably.

In OCP 3.7.7 cockpit 155 registry console, the issue does not happen. When refreshing, the "Images" page can be shown stably, it always stably show the imagestreams followed by tags in the same line, with tabs (such as "Metadata") collapsed.

As this was verified fixed in 3.7.7, I'm closing this bug now.
