Description of problem:
Fedora 24 Workstation fails to install as it can not mount the installation media once booted.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Fedora 24 Installation USB Disk
2. Boot to disk
3. dracut times out

Actual results:
Dracut times out and dumps to shell, can't find disk

Expected results:
Installation process loads

Additional info:
I'm testing on a brand new HP Spectre 13t laptop (which only has usb type-c connectors). I have secure boot disabled, tpm disabled, and am using an HP branded usb type-c to USB 2.0/3.0 adapter.

This can be closed.
There is a specific port on the HP Spectre 13 that must be used for usb adaptors.
This was the issue of the live image not completely loading.
