- What is the nature and description of the request? 
As an admin I require the ability to use a newer version of Kibana

- Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
Certain versions include newer features that they would like to take advantage of

- How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) 
Either specify the version of kibana when starting the deployer or simply use a newer one.

- For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
Deploy a specific (or just newer) version of kibana

- Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

Closing as something we wont fix due to compatibility issues.  Upon release of the 3.4 EFK stack, users will get a newer version of Kibana but it won't allow them to upgrade or choose their version.  Please re-open if needed.
