RHEL 7.3.0 ships a new selinux-policy and thus a new docker-selinux, and docker-latest must enforce these new minimum NVRs on these two packages. This respin is needed to take care of that. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
