Description of problem:
newly created bugs can't list in the my bug list

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.3.rh4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new bug of bug against Bugzilla
2.Then click the link 'my bugs', then select 'All' in the filter
3.Try to find the newly created bug in this my bug list

Actual results:
Couldn't find the newly created bug

Expected results:
Could find the newly created bug

Additional info:
This feature works well on bz4.4

I am afraid this bug is invalid, since select 'All' doesn't means it will list all bugs, the limit is 1000 if the return list is greater than 1000. 
Seems I need file another bug to change the 'All' to '1000', or the'All' means the real all(no 1000 limit)
