Description of problem:
Spinner is never gone if no file is chosen and Upload is pressed.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Automate->Import/Export
2. Do not choose any file and press Upload button

Actual results:
Infinite spinner

Expected results:
Message error should be shown: "Use the Choose file button to locate an Import file"

I cannot reproduce the bug as the Upload button is disabled if any file is not chosen and no infinite spinner is present so I am closing the bug.
