Description of problem:
The following exception occurs when viewing an Ansible Job Template in Configuration > Jobs.

Error text:
undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass [configuration_job/show]

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Ansible Tower (v3 latest) in CloudForms and refresh
2. Navigate to Configuration > Jobs and select a job

Actual results:
Exception: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass [configuration_job/show] 

Expected results:
The job view should open without exception

Hi Jerome - thi sis caused by a bug fixed here : https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/11913 - the error occurs for job templates with nil services. 
I am marking this as duplicate of BZ 1378211.
