Description of problem:
mesa-12.0.2-1.fc24, presently in Bodhi testing, pulls in a bunch of dependencies it shouldn't.

When trying to upgrade just the mesa packages I have installed (which do not include anything related to development), I get the following results in dnf:

I think mesa has nothing to do here. 

Recently we got enabled weakdeps and probably that;s the cause.

Please run it with --debugsolver and post debugdata.

Don't update only mesa. Update it along with "ocl-icd".

There was broken Requires in past: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-6caf5b25b2
