Thanks for the suggestion, based on README, dbtoepub is alpha-quality... I'm a bit worried about its potential fragility - but will check what can be done - in any case I would like to prevent conflicts between the xsl and xsl-ns packages... anyway - as it is binary, it should go to standard location... This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
