Description of problem:

In Section 4.1.3, Step 2. b. v.  There is a line enabling
rhel-7-server-satellite-6.2-rpms.  Since this is a Director system, I
believe this should be satellite 6.2 tools instead.

qciooo requires egon.  Egon requires fog.  Since fog is in satellite repo, not satellite-tools this is NOTABUG.
