To date, only CPU utilization is supported in the Azure integration. This PR expands this support by gathering Network, Memory and Disk utilization data for both Windows and Linux instances.

A couple of points to bear in mind:

    There are different metric counters for Linux versus Windows instances.
    There is no BZ or issue for this enhancement.
    There seems to be no network IO data available in the Azure API for Windows instances. I have reached out to Microsoft for comment.
