Description of problem:
The comps file from
http://testing.fedora.redhat.com/tree/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS is called
comps-3.020041028.i386.rpm but actually provides version 3.020041026
and this confuses up2date. This was true of the previous version also.
Ideally the versions should be consistent.

Doesn't seem to be true in FC3rc5, so I'll assume it's fixed.

It looks okay now. It could just have been the way the website caches
files.
