ui/snapshots: add a tooltip for refresh button

Comment 3 zhoujunqin 2017-03-14 05:49:46 UTC
I can reproduce this bug with package:
virt-manager-1.4.0-2.el7.noarch

Then try to verify this bug with new build:
virt-manager-1.4.1-1.el7.noarch

Steps:
1. Open virt-manager
# virt-manager
2. Double click a guest which disk is qcow2 format.
3. Click "Manage VM snapshots" icon button.
4. Move the cursor above the refresh icon.

Result:
There is tooltip for the refresh icon: "Refresh snapshot list", so move this bug from ON_QA to VERIFIED.
