Describe the issue:

There are certain changes that needs to be done.
1. In he-answers.conf the storage path is mentioned as server/volname, this should be actually server:/volname. colon(:) was missing
2. Update robo.conf with the NTP server, instead of mentioning the actual value (*.redhat.com)
3. Highlight or count the places to edit in robo.conf

Please use robo.conf from http://jenkins.lab.eng.blr.redhat.com/hc/deployment/40/gdeploy-conf-files/robo.conf
and he-answers.conf from http://jenkins.lab.eng.blr.redhat.com/hc/deployment/40/hostedengine-answerfile/he-answers.conf to update contents of attachment

Laura, it looks like the attachment is hci-config-rhev3.zip - not rhv4. Can you correct?
