Description of problem:
After running "pkcon update --only-download", setting the trigger for offline updates reports an error:

# pkcon offline-trigger
Command failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying

However, the /system-update symlink is correctly put in place.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
PackageKit-1.1.3-1.fc24.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.pkcon refresh force
2.pkcon update --only-download
3.pkcon offline-get-prepared
4.pkcon offline-trigger

Actual results:
At step 3, updates are reported.
At step 4, pkcon reports an error.

Expected results:
At step 3, updates are reported.
No error reported at step 4.

Sounds like packagekitd is crashing. PackageKit-1.1.3-2.fc24 that's already available in updates is likely to fix this, can you try please?
