Description of problem:
When attempting to register a content host with an underscore in their hostname, i see the following error message.
"Validation failed: Name is invalid, Name is invalid".
Furthermore, production.log shows a 422 starting with "(ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid)".

I would expect either a better error message be passed to the user, or to have the underscores changed to dashes, like with virt-who.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a content host with an underscore in it's hostname (docker can be used)
docker run -h underscore_test -e "SATHOST=<sathost>" -e "AK=<test key>" jacobcallahan/content-host-d
2. Check if the content host has been properly registered or a more appropriate error message has been provided.

Actual results:
Validation failed: Name is invalid, Name is invalid

Expected results:
Either an error message stating ~"Content Host with underscores in their names are not permitted."
or
The underscores are converted to a dash or other acceptable character.

You can either run the container and perform the installation manually, or you can monitor the docker logs.

Trying to register a host having underscore in hostname gives

This seems better message and also according to RFC 1035 does not allow the use of underscores (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1430998#c7 ).
