Problem triggered by line %dir %{_sysconfdir}/bash_completion.d at http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/etckeeper.git/tree/etckeeper.spec#n248 You can fix it by replacing it with %dir %{_sysconfdir}/bash_completion.d/%{name}
