Description of problem:
Please incorporate the Cisco UCSM MD ML2 Plugin Solution for OSP8:
https://review.openstack.org/347915

The UCSM plugin should be able to support Service Profiles created in sub-orgs and not just at the root level. The complete path for these Service profiles can be supplied to the ucsm_host_list config. To support backward compatibility, when no path is specified a SP at the root level is assumed.
