Verified that CFME is collecting the following metrics for Linux(Ubuntu) instances:

mem_usage_absolute_average
disk_usage_rate_average
net_usage_rate_average

Also, verified that the following metrics are being collected for Windows instances:

mem_usage_absolute_average
disk_usage_rate_average
